Get in the best shape of your life

for the rest of your life.

The Nutrition 101 Challenge is a 16-week course where you will learn how to get in the best shape of your life.
You will finally have a clear understanding of nutrition as it pertains to your
unique body and goals.

It will take you step by step from the beginning of your journey to
the point of achieving success, and the principles within will always be with you—keeping
you in the best shape of your life for the rest of your life.
This course will change your life!

Men/ Woman

We can both have very different needs, and for a good reason.

Though our basic needs can be the same, men and women often have different nutrient requirements because of different physiological mechanisms; pregnancy, postpartum; menopause, etc.

This course will teach you how to get in shape

and stay that way forever.

Whether you’re trying to get rid of that last bit of belly fat, learn the actual “dos and don’ts” of healthy eating, or trying to eat to perform you will learn it all here.

Tactical/ Fire & Rescue

Do you know if you’re eating what you need to be prepared to perform or succeed in training or in life-threatening situations?

Let's take the guess work out of it. After this program you'll be able to see the difference in the way you move and the available energy you have.

Adolescent Athletes

Are you feeding your little athlete correctly? Prepubescent and adolescent athlete's needs can be very specific. Malnourished adolescents can have stunted growth and development that wouldn't have otherwise been.

Stop wondering or hoping that you're feeding your athlete the right foods. Healthy for you doesn't always equal performance for them.

We will teach you everything you need to know in only 16 weeks.

After this course you will never need to hire another coach again.

Post Injury/Surgery

There are some foods that can aid or impede in the recovery process.

There are times that antioxidants should be greatly reduced and times that certain fats should be avoided while others should be increased. Your body needs more calories than normal when it's repairing tissues, recovering from birth, and any other constructive process it goes through.

Competitive or Amateur Athletes

Feed your body what it needs to perform at its best. Take out the guesswork and start reaching limits you've never thought possible. Boost your recovery, top off your energy levels, and reduce your risk of injury.

It's time to start acting like a professional.

Senior Citizens

Are you giving your parents, maybe your grandparents, or even possible yourself what you need to stay healthy?

As we age our physiological processes change, health needs change, and as a result so does our physical activity and nutritional needs.

Keeping ourselves strong as we grow through life is essential to giving longevity to our lives.

With the Nutrition 101 Challenge we will clear up all the confusion surrounding the latest short-term diets.

Are they really necessary, and if so when, where, and how do I use them?

I’m looking forward to sharing life-changing nutrition strategies with you!
